Psst! Writers! It’s that time again! Our annual writing contest is back, in which the Arts Council of Westerville, the Westerville Public Library, and the Westerville News & Public Opinion invite participants of all ages to submit original work of 800 words or less. The entry deadline is Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 9 p.m., so you’ve got lots of time.
